HARO WINE TRAIL
Well yes, we have it here, the expected Haro Wine Trail and Haro could not be left behind in the organization of an event like this. This event contributes to the revitalization of the area and in particular to the dissemination of mountain sports.
The different races will take place on November 5, starting from San Felices and finishing in the town of Haro.
For this first edition of the Haro Wine Trail consists of three modalities depending on the different levels of the participants with the aim of reaching the maximum number of athletes possible.
On the one hand, we have the tempranillo march consisting of 13 kilometers with a route through towns such as San Felices, San Pelayo or Villalba ending in Haro.
The race crianza, with a distance of about 16 kms becomes a race that avoids the extremes, but without detracting from the hardness of this. It is a one-way route, passing through towns such as San Felices, Peña Escalera, Villalba and Haro.
And finally the queen test, the reserve race, with a distance of 25 kilometers and a negative elevation gain of 1122 meters, only for the most daring and best physical shape. The route passes through beautiful Riojan towns such as Cueva Negra, Cruz de Motrico and Peñalrayo, among others.
Please note that registration for the different modalities closes on October 23 or until full capacity is reached, so do not fall asleep if you plan to participate.
In reference to the prizes, the organization allocates 500 € for the winners.
