CANCELLATION POLICY

◦ If the cancellation occurs one week before the scheduled date of arrival, it will be free of charge

◦ If it occurs between 7 and 3 days beforethe scheduled date of arrival, just 50% of the reservation will be charged.

◦ If it occurs less than 3 days beforethe scheduled date of arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

DEPOSIT

A pre-authorization of 50€ per stay will be takenas a guarantee if the client wishes to use any of our additionalservices such as wine selection from the wine bar, or in case ofany damage or theft.

PAYMENT POLICY

◦ We accept as methods of paymentbank transfer, cash or credit card. (Visa, Amex & MasterCard are accepted)

◦ Common rates: 100% of the amount of the reservationwill be paid in advance or at the time of Check-In

◦ Non-refundable rate: You will be charged 100% of the amount of your accommodation at the time of booking, on the credit card providedor if you prefer, you can make a bank transfer.

◦ Refunds are accepted in every method of payment.
